Our Commitment To Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices. To make this notice easy to find, we make it available at the bottom of every page. This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the Mixed-Income Transit-Oriented Development Action Guide (MITOD.org) website.

The Information We Collect

The Way We Use Information

This website does not collect or store personal information on individuals who visit this site beyond the traffic information collected and stored in the web server logs. This information includes the IP address of the visitor, the time of the visit, the pages visited, along with information about the web browser used.

We use the server logs in the event of problems related to the performance of the website.

Progress through the "Plan MITOD" section is tracked. This information is discarded as soon as the visitor closes the browser session with the website.

We use the session variables to determine which of the plan pages have been completed in order to determine when a visitor has completed the plan process. This information is discarded when the browser session ends. There is no way to attach session variable information with server log data after the session ends.

If you contact us via email, we will store your address.

We respond to emails sent to us and store that conversation for future reference. We do not sell or trade or in any way disclose the email addresses to others outside the MITOD.org website.
